For Papaya, the best way to tell the brand’s story was through its people. Across several campaigns, I directed and art-directed video productions with Papaya’s in-house experts — from small, self-shot setups to full-scale shoots with professional crews. Each video highlighted the personalities and expertise behind the product, turning employees into relatable storytellers. When running these videos as ads, we managed to improve CTR from 0.12% to 0.41% in a short time.
